PET: Polyethylene Terephthalate, is one of the most common thermoplastic resins, derived from the polyester family.

PIA: Purified Isophthalic Acid, primarily used to enhance the balance of properties when used in coating polyester resins.

PTA: Purified Terephthalic Acid, used during the manufacturing of polyester coatings resins for the creation of some metals, appliances, industrial maintenance, coil coatings, and automotive sectors.
